Cuyahoga Falls Band Department Faculty
Mrs. Jennifer Culver
Fall Concert Band, Freshmen Band, Elementary Bands, Music Theory, Adaptive Music Appreciation,  & Music History
Jennifer Culver is in her 13th year as a member of the faculty with Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. Prior to her appointment at the High School, Mrs. Culver taught 6th-8th Grade Bands at Sill Middle School. An Ohio native, she received her masters in Conducting in August 2009 from Kent State University. Culver also received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Kent State University in 1998. Jennifer’s duties in Cuyahoga Falls include directing the Fall Concert Band, the Freshmen Concert Band, the Flute Choir, and teaching 5th grade band at Lincoln, Silver Lake, and Richardson Elementary Schools. Mrs. Culver also serves as the Music Department Chairperson, and teaches Music Theory, Music History, and Adaptive Music.   Culver currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kent Classic Arts Music Series. her professional memberships include Music Educators National Conference, Ohio Music Education Association and National Flute Association. She resides in Stow, Ohio with her husband and three children.
Mr. Brandon DuVall
TIger" Marching Band, Black Concert Band, Gold Concert Band , Elementary Bands, 7 O'Clock Jazz Band, & TIger Pep Band
 Brandon DuVall is celebrating his 11th year teaching instrumental music in the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. DuVall obtained his Principal’s License (Grades 5-12) in 2010 after completing a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration at Kent State in 2009; he previously earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from KSU in 2001. Brandon’s duties in Cuyahoga Falls include directing the Tiger Marching Band, the Gold and Black Concert Bands, 7 O’ Clock Jazz Ensemble, the Black Tiger Basketball Band, and the 5th grade bands at Lincoln, Silver Lake, and Preston Elementary Schools. Brandon also does consulting work for Festivals of Music / Music in the Parks, serving as Regional Coordinator for events at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. His professional memberships include OEA, OMEA, Delta Omicron, and life membership in Kappa Kappa Psi. DuVall plays saxophone in the Northeast Ohio Jazz Orchestra and sings tenor in the Kent State Gospel Choir. Twice the recipient of the Cuyahoga Falls High School Star of Excellence (2003, 2008), Brandon was named Cuyahoga Falls City School District PTA Educator of the Year in 2010.
Mr. Dustin Harris
"Tiger" Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Gold Concert Band, Elementary Bands, Pit Orchestra
Dustin Harris is in his 10th year as a member of the faculty with Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. Prior to his appointment at Cuyahoga Falls he spent 3 years as the Director of Bands at North Middle School and assisted with the high school marching band in Grants Pass, Oregon. 

Dustin's duties in Cuyahoga Falls include directing the Symphonic Band, Gold Band, and Pit Orchestra at the high school, along with being the Associate Director of the Tiger Marching Band. Mr. Harris also directs the 5th grade bands at DeWitt, Price, and Richardson Elementary Schools.   Mr. Harris has received his master's degree in tuba performance from Michigan State University. He also holds a Bachelor's of Music degree in Tuba performance from the University of Akron as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education from Montana State University in Billings, MT. Prior to performing with the 5th Army Band of San Antonio, Texas Harris graduated from the Army Element School of Music in Norfolk, Virginia.   Currently Dustin is an active performing member, soloist, and president of the the Brass Band of the Western Reserve. His professional memberships include Music Educators National Conference and the Ohio Music Education Association.
